This policy bans abuse, illegal content, spam, credential theft, harmful automation, and use that puts tenants or providers at risk.

Prohibited activity

Spam, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, list scraping, credential theft, or deceptive lead generation.
Malware, exploit delivery, botnets, denial of service, unauthorized scanning, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Illegal content, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or activity involving restricted countries where service is prohibited.
Harassment, hateful conduct, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits minors.
Copyright infringement, impersonation, misleading endorsements, or misuse of third-party data.
Automated decisions in HR, finance, medical, credit, legal, or other sensitive contexts without legally required human review and customer safeguards.

Do not attempt cross-tenant access, permission bypass, API key abuse, rate-limit evasion, or reverse engineering of private APIs.
Do not overload the service, resell access without permission, or use Saga Sprint to build a competing hosted platform.

Saga Sprint may investigate, throttle, suspend, remove content, notify affected parties, or terminate access when abuse is suspected or confirmed.
