Refund Policy

Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are billed for the annual term unless an order form states otherwise.
• Partial refunds are not guaranteed after a billing period starts, but billing support can review duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, or service access issues.

Implementation sprints

• Deposits and milestone payments for implementation work follow the signed proposal or order form.
• Work already delivered, reserved delivery capacity, discovery, setup, and third-party costs may be non-refundable.
• If Saga Sprint cannot deliver a contracted scope, correction, credit, replacement scope, or refund terms are handled in writing.

Failed generation or usage credits

Where prepaid credits are used for exports, research, or generation jobs, failed jobs may be automatically credited back when the backend marks the job as failed.

Chargebacks

Please contact billing@sagasprint.com before filing a chargeback. We investigate duplicate charges, access issues, cancellation errors, and suspected fraud quickly.
