Parties and acceptance
These Terms are between the customer or workspace owner and Saga Sprint. By creating an account, using a module, signing an order form, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Services
- Saga Sprint provides modular business software, workspace portals, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and productized implementation services.
- Modules may include CRM, finance, HR, inventory, clinic, recruitment, retail, documents, marketing, project management, and related overlays.
- Features may vary by plan, workspace configuration, module status, and integration availability.
Accounts, tenants, and access
- Customers are responsible for authorized user access, workspace invitations, API keys, and administrative actions.
- Each customer workspace is tenant-scoped. Users must not try to access another tenant, bypass permissions, or test security without written permission.
- We may suspend access to protect the platform, comply with law, respond to non-payment, or prevent abuse.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
- Subscription fees, sprint fees, add-ons, and usage fees are billed according to the selected plan, order form, or invoice.
- Customers may cancel self-serve subscriptions through the billing portal when enabled, or by contacting billing support.
- Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Contact billing support first for duplicate charges, cancellation issues, or suspected fraud.
Acceptable use
Customers must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity can result in suspension or termination.
AI-assisted features
- AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific legal, financial, medical, HR, or compliance decision.
- Customers remain responsible for human review of AI output before acting on it.
- Customers must not use AI features to create malware, spam, phishing, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory decisions, or other harmful automation.
Regulated workflows
- Customers are responsible for using Saga Sprint in a way that matches their legal, tax, HR, health, and industry obligations.
- Clinic, HR, finance, and AI-assisted workflows require appropriate human review and customer-side policies.
- Saga Sprint is not a substitute for legally required certified medical, payroll, tax, accounting, or legal systems unless a signed agreement says so.
Customer data and privacy
Customer data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and, for business customers processing personal data, the Data Processing Agreement.
Intellectual property
- Saga Sprint and its platform, templates, modules, code, designs, and documentation remain owned by Saga Sprint or its licensors.
- Customers retain ownership of their business data and content.
- Implementation deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the applicable order form or written agreement.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
- The service is provided on a reasonable commercial efforts basis unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
- We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, or suitability for regulated decisions without customer-side review.
- Any signed order form, statement of work, or master agreement may include additional liability, dispute, and jurisdiction terms.
