Saga Sprint is a business operating platform. It brings operations, workflows, data, teams, automation, and AI Employees together in one workspace. Built in Casablanca.

Is Saga Sprint a staffing marketplace?

No. Saga Sprint is not a staffing marketplace, a virtual-assistant agency, or another product named Saga. AI Employees work inside the SagaSprint platform. They are not contractors you hire onto someone else's software.

What does Saga Sprint cost?

Platform from 1,990 MAD/month (Launch). Paid implementation from 9,900 MAD once. Capacity is pooled Work Credits, storage, email, and seats. There are no per-employee prices.

Does it replace HubSpot?

No. Saga Sprint is its own workspace. HubSpot is an optional one-way contact push when you connect a Private App token. It does not control HubSpot pipelines or run inside HubSpot screens.

Which tools connect today?

Connected today: WhatsApp, Telegram, Email/Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. Slack is incoming webhook notifications plus an optional module bot. Zapier and Make consume outgoing signed webhooks. They are not native apps.

Can I create my own AI Employee?

Yes, inside your workspace. You describe one job, choose what it can read and prepare, and publish it for that workspace. Custom employees stay private, work on request, and still need approval for business changes. They are not a public certified hire and have no per-employee price.

1. File library

Find every file uploaded across your business apps.

Open File library

Documents → Library

Do this, in order

1Open Documents → Library.
2Pick a module filter or search by filename.
3Click Upload to add a file, or click a row to preview or download.
4Use row actions to open the linked record, copy a link, or delete with a reason.
5Optional: send a file to Knowledge indexing from row actions.

Bulk download or delete

1Select multiple files.
2Use the bulk bar for export or delete.

Library: Central file list for the workspace.
Upload: Add a new file to storage.
Module filter: Show files tied to Sales, HR, Clinic, etc.
Search: Find by file name.
Linked record: Which customer, employee, or patient the file belongs to.

2. Knowledge

Feed company documents to the workspace AI so answers cite your files.

Open Knowledge

Documents → Knowledge

Do this, in order

1Open Documents → Knowledge.
2Click Add source.
3Upload a PDF or paste text, or pick an existing generated document.
4Wait until status shows Ready.
5Use workspace AI chat; it can now reference that material.
6Remove sources you no longer want indexed.

Fix a failed index

1Open the failed row.
2Read the error hint.
3Click Retry after fixing the file or try a cleaner PDF.

On this screen

Knowledge sources: Files and text indexed for AI search.
Add source: Upload a file, paste text, or index a generated document.
Status: Queued, indexing, ready, or failed.
Chunks: How many pieces the system extracted for search.
Retry / remove: Re-index a failed source or delete it with a reason.

3. Templates

Edit layouts and generate a filled PDF.

Open Templates

Documents → Templates

Do this, in order

1Open Documents → Templates.
2Click a template to edit, or Generate to fill one.
3Find the PDF under Generated PDFs.

2Filter by status if you track draft vs sent vs signed.
3Click a row to open detail, download, or view in Google Drive if linked.
4Update status when you email or collect a signature.
5Delete with a reason only if the file should leave the audit trail.

Template / record / status: What was generated, for whom, and draft/sent/signed state.

5. Edit template

Design or update a document template layout.

Open Edit template

Documents → Templates → Edit (or New template)

Do this, in order

1Open the template editor from Templates.
2Set name, module, document type, and language.
3Write content in the editor and insert merge fields from the side panel.
4Adjust accent color and footer if needed.
5Preview with a sample record when available.
6Click Save and return to Templates to generate documents.

Template name: Label your team sees in the list.
Module / document type: Which app and document shape this template is for.
Language: French, English, or Arabic variant.
Editor canvas: Main body with headings, tables, and merge fields.
Accent color / footer: Brand color and footer text on printed PDFs.
Data fields panel: Placeholders pulled from live records when generating.
Save: Stores the template for your workspace.

6. Generate a document

Fill an approved template with a record and download the PDF.

Open Generate a document

Documents → Templates → Generate, or Generated PDFs → New.

3Choose the template and the record.
4Generate and open the PDF from Generated PDFs.
