1. 1Open Intelligence → Find leads.
2. 2Describe the market only when you intend to use a credit.
3. 3Keep good rows and skip the rest.
4. 4Add to CRM, or save a list.

Do this, in order

1. 1Open Intelligence → Lists.
2. 2Click Create list, name it, pick a color, and save.
3. 3Select the list on the left.
4. 4Add members from Find leads or CRM using Add to list actions elsewhere.
5. 5Review names, emails, and companies in the member table.
6. 6Optional: send the list to Marketing for a campaign.
7. 7Remove members who no longer belong.

Delete a list

1. 1Select the list.
2. 2Open delete, confirm.
3. 3Contacts stay in CRM; only the list grouping is removed.

Lists sidebar

Named collections of leads with color tags.

Create list

New list with name, description, and color.

Member table

Contacts in the selected list with company and email.

Add to marketing list

Push members into Marketing for campaigns.

Remove member

Drop someone from this list without deleting the CRM contact.

Do this, in order

1. 1Finish a Find Leads review, or open Lists.
2. 2Click New list or Save list.
3. 3Name it.
4. 4Open it later to Add to CRM when you are ready.
