Share of sends that were opened. Higher usually means the subject landed. A very low rate means people are not opening.

Click rate

Share of sends that got a click. Higher means the offer or link worked.

Bounce rate

Share that never arrived. Higher means addresses need a cleanup.

Sends by month

Bar chart of volume over time.

Engagement funnel

Sent, then Opened, then Clicked. Each step should be smaller than the one above.

Top campaigns by sends

The campaigns that sent the most. Click a name to open that campaign.

Unsubscribes

How many people asked to stop mail. A sudden jump after one send is worth a look.
